After a rather tough play, FC Wypyszek's Bartlomiej Zbydniewski got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Tytus Orling came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FC Wypyszek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Orling couldn't finish the play. Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartlomiej Zbydniewski in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute Nick Heesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Bînciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Nick Heesen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ágætis Byrjun fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Aad Aab made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bartlomiej Zbydniewski immediately put the ball in play. The FC Wypyszek players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ágætis Byrjun were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Tytus Orling made the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Lenni Skensved with Miroslaw Hetman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doug Traoré in the 59th minute of play forced Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Georg Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartlomiej Zbydniewski's late challenge caught a Ágætis Byrjun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartlomiej Zbydniewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute Doug Traoré shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Bînciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Heesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Cordarius was slow to take the kick. During this time Ágætis Byrjun's players had a chance to rest. In the 80th minute of the match Wojciech Krzynowek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Hagberg skillfully saved the ball. FC Wypyszek's Artur Bînciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Wypyszek from getting a goal against them. Georg Hagberg came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wypyszek's Waclaw Gniech. But to his dismay, Waclaw Gniech quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 92nd minute Damazy Joks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC Wypyszek lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
