The crowd rose to their feet as ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Ömer Ali slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Porfiro. That made the score 2-0 after 32 minutes of play. A collision led to ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Estevan Vives hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ömer Ali to make the kick off.
