Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaias Jakue started the match with the kick off. Sporting Buceo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Michael Guisla scored to the left of an out of position Maximo Horquizar, making the score, 1-0. Sporting Buceo's Maximo Horquizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sesuldo Roque in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Playa Malvín were awarded a corner. Sandu Mândrilă went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Playa Malvín's Constantijn De Hond to fire away a dangerous shot which Maximo Horquizar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Maximo Horquizar made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Michael Guisla sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Guisla in the 18th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Maximo Horquizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandu Mândrilă let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 26th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Jakue in the 30th minute of play. Michael Guisla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Horquizar having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Jabier Igual was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Playa Malvín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Buceo the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michael Guisla to strike the kick off in the second half. Isaias Jakue received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Roberto Teixeira came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaias Jakue slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 60th minute. Maximo Horquizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Castro in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Guisla came free, but Maximo Horquizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Playa Malvín's zone, Yao Yan Sen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Teixeira came out of the goal and Yao Yan Sen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Playa Malvín's Niva Espellosa was substituted for Sandu Mândrilă. Playa Malvín's Fred Åkerström was substituted for Zuberoa Artiaga. A collision led to Playa Malvín getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gonzalo Castro hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Niva Espellosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Horquizar was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. A well-hit corner resulted in Constantijn De Hond heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Niva Espellosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Horquizar having to interfere. Maximo Horquizar came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Playa Malvín's Constantijn De Hond. But to his dismay, Constantijn De Hond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Playa Malvín's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
