The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Deportivo Balvanera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Serapio to maneuver through the defense. With 26 minutes on the clock, Fabricio Errapel commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 26 minutes into the game, one of Deportivo Balvanera:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cayetano Behe had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Ivan Erruki's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ivan Erruki did an outstanding performance 29 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-1 to the right of an irritated Cayetano Behe in the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Balvanera's Joaquin Nofre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nestor Magdaleno. That made the score 1-1 after 34 minutes of play. Joaquin Nofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Magdaleno having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Nofre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Balvanera's Tobias Abel got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Deportivo Balvanera's Cayetano Behe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Erruki in the 55th minute of play. Ivan Erruki scored 1-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Behe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deportivo Balvanera's Abel Neron was substituted for Teodosio Serapio. Deportivo Balvanera's Eliseo Gartzi was substituted for Angelo Maria. Nestor Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Milito in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Nofre in the 72nd minute of play forced 【E ➣13 De diciembre 2023's goalkeeper Nestor Magdaleno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Milito in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Magdaleno saved 【E ➣13 De diciembre 2023 from getting behind. If Abel Neron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Joaquin Nofre made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Magdaleno. 【E ➣13 De diciembre 2023's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 94th minute Diego Milito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
