The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Olavo Henriques made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Jurand Zawadzki sent off a good shot on target. Godofredo Remigio scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ye Yan Yu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Ye Yan Yu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 12th minute of play forced Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Ye Yan Yu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Salomone came free, but Ye Yan Yu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, Racing Club's Godofredo Remigio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ye Yan Yu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jurand Zawadzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Olavo Henriques made a huge save. 26 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Remigio came free, but Ye Yan Yu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cadáveres Voladores's Ye Yan Yu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Salomone in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Geronimo Salomone notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cadáveres Voladores's Ye Yan Yu. Ye Yan Yu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Cadáveres Voladores booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Latif Sağman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ye Yan Yu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Remigio in the 37th minute of play. Olavo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Gang Jian in the 41st minute of play. After the first half Racing Club were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Godofredo Remigio made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laércio Monteiro in the 54th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Remigio came free, but Ye Yan Yu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Salomone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Ye Yan Yu made a huge save. Ye Yan Yu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Remigio in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cadáveres Voladores's zone, Godofredo Remigio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ye Yan Yu came out of the goal and Godofredo Remigio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Racing Club made a substitution. Julian Tejerina replaced Geronimo Salomone. 80 minutes into the game, Racing Club's George Orwel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ye Yan Yu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Jurand Zawadzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Henriques having to interfere. In the 89thth minute of the game George Orwel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cadáveres Voladores's Ye Yan Yu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Racing Club's George Orwel in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cadáveres Voladores's goalie prevented a goal. Olavo Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Ståhlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laércio Monteiro took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olavo Henriques. Olavo Henriques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The Racing Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Racing Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
