After 5 minutes Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olaf Sroki who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Eduardo Zapico managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 11 minutes into the match, Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goal looked a bit too open when David Batuhin came free, but Aníbal Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Băieșu in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Alberto Nebbia got free with Fulgencio Villalcazar in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rdth minute of the game David Batuhin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Aníbal Berger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute David Batuhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horea Băieșu hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The long shot by Emanuel Jaunzuria in the 44th minute really tested Fulgencio Villalcazar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Olaf Sroki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo booed when Cuatrodeocho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Blasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Donato Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Gábor Gyepes put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Cuatrodeocho's Gábor Gyepes got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Donato Gonzalez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cuatrodeocho made a substitution. Francesco Losada replaced Teodosio Blasi. Cuatrodeocho's Jago Rajoi was substituted for Horea Băieșu. In the 81st match minute, Cuatrodeocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Maroto to maneuver through the defense. Evelio Nevada kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Olaf Sroki came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Cuatrodeocho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Sroki couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute Bertran Batuecas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cuatrodeocho getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Olaf Sroki hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Gonzalez in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulgencio Villalcazar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo were awarded a corner. Donato Gonzalez went to the cornerflag to take it. Cuatrodeocho were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's much stronger midfield.
