In the 5th minute, Judas Verón made a precise shot to the right of Best Junel. ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 10 minutes into the match, ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's goal looked a bit too open when Judas Verón came free, but Best Junel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Best Junel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Judas Verón's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's goalkeeper Best Junel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Judas Verón cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Best Junel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Best Junel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Judas Verón's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Judas Verón blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Best Junel having to make a save. Belgrano de Pibasog's Melquiades Henrico was substituted for Blue Dolar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Best Junel made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Judas Verón sent off a good shot on target. Best Junel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Judas Verón in the 60th minute of the match. Eustaquio Fortun ran over to the corner to take the kick. Silvio Abadia was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Tâbârnã in the 64th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Victor Vultur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Vultur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Octavian Cercel's late challenge caught a Belgrano de Pibasog's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavian Cercel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's Octavian Cercel got a free kick in the 66th minute. Best Junel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Judas Verón showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 67 minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's goalkeeper Best Junel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Judas Verón put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Best Junel. Iulian Ilinca might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Best Junel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iulian Ilinca ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's Best Junel got control of the ball when Iulian Ilinca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iulian Ilinca who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Best Junel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Iulian Ilinca notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's Best Junel. Best Junel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belgrano de Pibasog walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
