Dawid Beckham hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geronimo Argi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachariasz Makomaski, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Makomaski in the 24th minute of play. Geronimo Argi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Dark Prophets's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Geronimo Argi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Argi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Dark Prophets's Geronimo Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Karlo in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Dark Prophets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mai Ping Yi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dark Prophets getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Sabin Verzeanu hit a great ball. You Yuan Chuan hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Geronimo Argi came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo. But to his dismay, Aureliano Karlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. In the 56th minute Mai Ping Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Dark Prophets booed when Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Mai Ping Yi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Eztebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Geronimo Argi made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Aureliano Karlo sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dark Prophets's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dawid Beckham was slow to take the kick. During this time Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Dark Prophets's goalie and right to Samuel Moutinho. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Dark Prophets's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ made a substitution. Julien Staffelbach replaced Aureliano Karlo. Geronimo Argi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Staffelbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Dark Prophets's Geronimo Argi got control of the ball when Julien Staffelbach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Trifan in the 79th minute of play. Dark Prophets's Geronimo Argi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Dark Prophets from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Julien Staffelbach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's supporters rose to their feet, but Julien Staffelbach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Argi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geronimo Argi made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Julien Staffelbach sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Dark Prophets's zone, Romulo Abilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Argi came out of the goal and Romulo Abilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Verzeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Julien Staffelbach dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
