Bohdan Faško fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 任洲振 having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, 浦江棋王联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 狄凌星 to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Ďumbier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 任洲振. 浦江棋王联队's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Kovaľčík in the 15th minute of play forced 浦江棋王联队's goalkeeper 任洲振 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Bohdan Faško shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 任洲振 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Matej Barták had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 秦适斌. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 秦适斌 during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute of the match Adrian Ďumbier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 任洲振 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If 巩明坤 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dušan Riška hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Ďumbier in the 41st minute of play forced 浦江棋王联队's goalkeeper 任洲振 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 played minutes FC Gladiators Milošová got a freekick which was hit by Marián Rozum. After recieving a nice pass, 浦江棋王联队's 郝夕坤 tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tạ 鲁建南 in the 46th minute of play forced FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Matej Barták to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tạ 鲁建南 in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matej Barták prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 巩明坤 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Gladiators Milošová's Dušan Riška got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of 浦江棋王联队 booed when FC Gladiators Milošová was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslav Mikla didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, FC Gladiators Milošová's goal looked a bit too open when Tạ 鲁建南 came free, but Matej Barták reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, 浦江棋王联队's goalkeeper 任洲振 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Kovaľčík. 任洲振 made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Richard Kovaľčík sent off a good shot on target. 巩明坤 struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Matej Barták didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 浦江棋王联队. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Kovaľčík got free with 任洲振 in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matej Barták made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tạ 鲁建南 in the 71st minute of play. Matej Barták showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tạ 鲁建南, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Miroslav Mikla ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 巩明坤 in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matej Barták saved FC Gladiators Milošová from getting behind. 94 minutes into the game, Tạ 鲁建南 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Matej Barták was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
