FC TurQu AsTaLyA's Laurence Stas got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Club Sportivo Italiano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC TurQu AsTaLyA:s goal. The goalkeeper, Justo Onofre, was totally fooled by FC TurQu AsTaLyA's Claes Klementsson, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gregory Sens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of FC TurQu AsTaLyA booed when Club Sportivo Italiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ahmet Asım Semih managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC TurQu AsTaLyA's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Asım Semih was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Onofre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Masao Koriotto in the 23rd minute of play forced FC TurQu AsTaLyA's goalkeeper Gregory Sens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Abastas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gregory Sens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Bonadona in the 25th minute of play. Justo Onofre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurence Stas went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ahmet Asım Semih blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Justo Onofre having to make a save. 42 minutes into the game, Ahmet Asım Semih cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Justo Onofre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 46 played minutes FC TurQu AsTaLyA got a freekick which was hit by Talha Soyyiğit. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Asım Semih to make the kick off. The Club Sportivo Italiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Onofre should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Asım Semih in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Onofre saved Club Sportivo Italiano from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Masao Koriotto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, FC TurQu AsTaLyA's Ahmet Asım Semih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justo Onofre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Ahmet Asım Semih who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Sportivo Italiano's Justo Onofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laurence Stas took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Onofre. Justo Onofre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The FC TurQu AsTaLyA fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when FC TurQu AsTaLyA's Ahmet Asım Semih looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 89 minutes into the match, Ahmet Asım Semih had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justo Onofre. Club Sportivo Italiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Asım Semih was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. When FC TurQu AsTaLyA's Ahmet Asım Semih in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Sportivo Italiano's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC TurQu AsTaLyA had won after a very even match.
