When Hub van Schaik came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hub van Schaik couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn booed when Atlético Micaelense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cassiano Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Atlético Micaelense's Cassiano Santarém got a free kick in the 19th minute. Harm Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Ettore Boninsegna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pieter Beuk was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The wind increased when Ettore Boninsegna made the kick off in the second half. Atlético Micaelense's Alexandre Paixão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harm Meyer in the 54th minute of play. Hub van Schaik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Paixão having to interfere. In the 59thth minute of the game Ettore Boninsegna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Pieter Beuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pieter Beuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Boninsegna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pieter Beuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio Amado, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Pieter Beuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ettore Boninsegna went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Atlético Micaelense made a substitution. Alcides Lobo replaced Laércio Amado. 76 minutes into the match, Alcides Lobo notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Pieter Beuk. Pieter Beuk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute, Joost Ottenhof hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Ettore Boninsegna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Alcides Lobo might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pieter Beuk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alcides Lobo ran back to his position shaking his head. Alcides Lobo scored 6-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pieter Beuk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Atlético Micaelense fully deserved thier win.
