Santikurtz Paza might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lambis Kastanas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santikurtz Paza ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 7th minute Santikurtz Paza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lambis Kastanas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Supreme FC's zone, Santikurtz Paza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lambis Kastanas came out of the goal and Santikurtz Paza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santikurtz Paza scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lambis Kastanas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gombal Retana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Stenqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lambis Kastanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santikurtz Paza in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Supreme FC booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Lampez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gombal Retana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Stenqvist in the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Borussia Dortmund booed when Supreme FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frodo Baggins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Einar Ålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gombal Retana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Javiero Menendez during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gombal Retana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Stenqvist's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Lambis Kastanas came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Dortmund's Santikurtz Paza. But to his dismay, Santikurtz Paza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 33rd minute Santikurtz Paza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lambis Kastanas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per Stenqvist in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gombal Retana saved Borussia Dortmund from getting behind. Supreme FC's Lambis Kastanas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santikurtz Paza in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Mikael Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Supreme FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Borussia Dortmund had won, even though Supreme FC had held more of the ball.
