An unexpectedly hard shot by Máté Polgár in the 11th minute of play forced Valencia CF Mindszent's goalkeeper Lajos Révész to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Máté Polgár sped through Valencia CF Mindszent's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lajos Révész. Mátyás Papp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dávid Szabó in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Valencia CF Mindszent booed when FC Budapest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Béla Dobos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Balázs Sós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Valencia CF Mindszent's Árpád Balogh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mátyás Papp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mihály Váczi kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, FC Budapest's goal looked a bit too open when Dávid Szabó came free, but Mátyás Papp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for György Weszely to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, FC Budapest's goalkeeper Mátyás Papp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by György Weszely. In the 75th minute of the match, Endre Irmai tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mátyás Papp saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 76 minutes into the match, FC Budapest's goal looked a bit too open when Mihály Váczi came free, but Mátyás Papp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC Budapest's Mátyás Papp got control of the ball when Endre Irmai tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Dávid Szabó left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valencia CF Mindszent fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. After a rather tough play, FC Budapest's Ödön Miklós got a free kick in the 91st minute. Mátyás Papp was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Endre Irmai showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 93 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Valencia CF Mindszent left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Budapest.
