Breno de Moraes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Breno de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, 蔡桑梁 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Manfredo Munhoz got a free kick in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Rafinha de Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ferreira Lopes MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 the free kick. In the 28th minute, Rafinha de Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafinha de Senna got free with 朱凌潮 in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Breno de Moraes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 朱凌潮 came out and tried to block the shot, but Breno de Moraes slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. 朱凌潮 was a little too slow when Eliézer Duarte got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarcisio Munhoz in the 45th minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's goalkeeper 朱凌潮 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when 肖源斐 made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 方海坚 during the 56th minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's goalkeeper 朱凌潮, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eliézer Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Ferreira Lopes MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliézer Duarte couldn't finish the play. After 86 played minutes Ferreira Lopes MZC got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha de Senna. 肖源斐 charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 肖源斐 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. 肖源斐 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Telmo Moreno seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Telmo Moreno the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ferreira Lopes MZC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Telmo Moreno had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ferreira Lopes MZC had played much better football throughout.
