Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pacho Carabajal got the match started through his kick off. Brugge United's Matty Wintermans got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Nunez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Mattijs Parmentier took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Amador Nunez to make any attempt to save it. In the 14th minute, Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 17 minutes into the game, Pacho Carabajal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amador Nunez. Pacho Carabajal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After 21 minutes of play, Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Nunez was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Pacho Carabajal took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Amador Nunez to make any attempt to save it. Pacho Carabajal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amador Nunez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Timmy Simons was slow to take the kick. During this time Brugge United's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Benny De Potter heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 34th minute, Pacho Carabajal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Nunez was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 40 minutes into the game, Pacho Carabajal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Amador Nunez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jean-Louis Rijniers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Nunez having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.
The wind increased when Fernando Manzano made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Feliciano Arias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orihuela Club de Fútbol and the Brugge United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 minutes of play, Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Nunez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brugge United's Benny De Potter managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Moncho Dorado in the 55 minute of the game. Amador Nunez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pacho Carabajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Pacho Carabajal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brugge United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pacho Carabajal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 63 minutes of play, Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Nunez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jean-Louis Rijniers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Pacho Carabajal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Nunez was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. The Brugge United fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 78 minutes into the game, Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Nunez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pacho Carabajal in the 82nd minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Amador Nunez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pacho Carabajal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pacho Carabajal came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Brugge United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pacho Carabajal couldn't finish the play. Richie Barrios hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Amador Nunez came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Brugge United's Pacho Carabajal. But to his dismay, Pacho Carabajal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. Matty Wintermans kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The supporters of Brugge United booed when Orihuela Club de Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball.
