If Paul Scholes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benicio Porfirio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Figo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Luis Figo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Benicio Porfirio 9 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Luis Figo put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benicio Porfirio. The Gothic Souls fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Gothic Souls's Luis Figo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 18 minutes into the match, Luis Figo notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Liquid Spirit's Benicio Porfirio. Benicio Porfirio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Figo scored 6-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Porfirio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benicio Porfirio stood somewhat misplaced when Luis Figo came free in front of goal and shot 7-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. Benicio Porfirio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Figo in the 26th minute. Paul Scholes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Benicio Porfirio made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Paul Scholes took a quick shot and it went in 9-0 without a chance for Benicio Porfirio to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 9-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Fabian Tiniebra made the kick off in the second half. Benicio Porfirio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Öztürk Umuralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Tiniebra struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Edgar Davids didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liquid Spirit. A collision led to Liquid Spirit getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Epifanio Eladio hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes, Gothic Souls's Tugay Kerimoglu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benicio Porfirio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gothic Souls reached it. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Luis Figo put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benicio Porfirio. Liquid Spirit's Benicio Porfirio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Öztürk Umuralp in the 73rd minute of play. After 77 minutes, Luis Figo made it 14-0 with a short kick to the right side. Liquid Spirit's Benicio Porfirio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th match minute, Liquid Spirit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Cordarrel to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's Tugay Kerimoglu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Epifanio Eladio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Benicio Porfirio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Figo in the 84th minute of play. When Gothic Souls's Luis Figo in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liquid Spirit's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rdth minute of the game Luis Figo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liquid Spirit's Benicio Porfirio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severo Elizardo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Tugay Kerimoglu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benicio Porfirio. Liquid Spirit's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gothic Souls walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
