That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sävedalen's zone, Lázaro Navarro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Åkesson came out of the goal and Lázaro Navarro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arne Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Salvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sävedalen getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Daniel Hagberg hit a great ball. Arne Åkesson made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Fausto Salvino sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Halcones Azules's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Askestät came free, but Karl-Oskar Odén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Gustaf Hellström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Oskar Odén showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Sävedalen's Roy Danielsson in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Halcones Azules's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute, Halcones Azules's Gerardo Lando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arne Åkesson. Arne Åkesson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After 46 minutes, Daniel Hagberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sävedalen and the Halcones Azules players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Hagberg kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roy Danielsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Sävedalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tor Jönsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute of the match Lázaro Navarro shot from a long distance. After 74 played minutes, Sävedalen's Tor Jönsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karl-Oskar Odén came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sävedalen reached it. In the 79th minute Roy Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Oskar Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Roy Danielsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Oskar Odén was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Augusto Ticho replaced Enrique Nesor. Boris Askestät fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Oskar Odén having to interfere.
