An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeu Vergílio in the 9th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Gamus Landeros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gamus Landeros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Veiga in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Primeiro Estevis got a free kick in the 12th minute. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gamus Landeros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Club Dep. Soc. Rodo from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the match, Football Verde-Amarelo's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Jamilio came free, but Jânio Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gamus Landeros was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Chico Secco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chico Secco really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 21st minute, Amadeu Vergílio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Football Verde-Amarelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gamus Landeros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Club Dep. Soc. Rodo from getting a goal against them. Gamus Landeros came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Football Verde-Amarelo's Amadeu Vergílio. But to his dismay, Amadeu Vergílio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 38th minute, Edgard Lira made a precise shot to the right of Gamus Landeros. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.

The wind increased when Santiago Luzano made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Vergílio came free, but Gamus Landeros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gamus Landeros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Lira in the 54th minute of the match. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gamus Landeros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Vergílio in the 56th minute of play. Jânio Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Luzano in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Primeiro Estevis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jânio Paraíba skillfully saved the ball. Santiago Luzano might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jânio Paraíba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Luzano ran back to his position shaking his head. 67 minutes into the game, Edgard Lira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Gamus Landeros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the match, Football Verde-Amarelo's Edgard Lira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gamus Landeros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gamus Landeros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Secco in the 72nd minute of play. Amadeu Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gamus Landeros having to interfere. Edgard Lira hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The long shot by Txindoki Colmenares in the 83rd minute really tested Jânio Paraíba's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gamus Landeros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doni Cordeiro in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Chico Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes, Jonathan Trevisan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Football Verde-Amarelo and the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Football Verde-Amarelo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
