FC Urzicuța's Marcel Chiriță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Urzicuța from getting a goal against them. Marcel Chiriță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marnix Harmannus's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marnix Harmannus in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Chiriță saved FC Urzicuța from getting behind. When Teodelina FC's Marnix Harmannus in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Urzicuța's goalie prevented a goal. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marnix Harmannus took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Chiriță. Marcel Chiriță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 13 minutes into the match, FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marnix Harmannus. Marnix Harmannuss short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Marcel Chiriță to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 19th minute Teodelina FC were awarded a corner. Jaime Roland went to the cornerflag to take it. Teodelina FC's Marnix Harmannus was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcel Chiriță in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nicu Maghiran hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Marnix Harmannus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Urzicuța's Marcel Chiriță was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Teodelina FC booed when FC Urzicuța was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Irimescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Teodelina FC's Oscar Mas got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute of the match Teodelina FC got a corner. FC Urzicuța's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Roland ran over to the corner to take the kick. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Marcel Chiriță as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marnix Harmannus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, FC Urzicuța's Gigel Ştiubei seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gigel Ştiubei the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Urzicuța protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gigel Ştiubei had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Urzicuța! In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Teodelina FC. Marnix Harmannus stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcel Chiriță. 4-0. Marcel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Mas in the 55th minute of play. If Marnix Harmannus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcel Chiriță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marnix Harmannus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marnix Harmannus in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
