The tension between the Internacional Pechofrío and the Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Augusto Barbosa could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Ted Lasso however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Esparza in the 8th minute of play forced Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's goalkeeper Humberto Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ted Lasso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Barbosa in the 11th minute. Humberto Reyes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Bannister in the 15th minute of the match. Adrián Jareño kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Loi Bultes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Reyes having to make a save. Nahia Fuica hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Pepe Herrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Lasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Internacional Pechofrío's Ted Lasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Internacional Pechofrío from getting a goal against them. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Adrián Jareño pulled a muscle in his leg after 24 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Roger Bannister's late challenge caught a Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Bannister helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Roger Bannister. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Ted Lasso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 28 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Pepe Herrera came free, but Ted Lasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goalkeeper Ted Lasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Barbosa. In the 33rd minute, Pepe Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 booed when Internacional Pechofrío was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlandus Busto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ted Lasso made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Gerard Velasco sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Bannister came free, but Humberto Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Gerard Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Vazquez came free, but Ted Lasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ted Lasso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Barbosa went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ted Lasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepe Herrera in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Pepe Herrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rómulo Gallegos during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Anxo Contratas got a free kick in the 89th minute.
