With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rômulo Souto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MUSHIBA FC's Rômulo Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Pedersson in the 19th minute of play. FC Blueskatterna's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Pedersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

In the 55th minute of the match, Greger Rudkvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rômulo Souto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kristoffer Billing's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rômulo Souto firmly grabbed it by the left post. David Pedersson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MUSHIBA FC's goalie and right to Peter Björkman. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. MUSHIBA FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 65 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's Kristoffer Billing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rômulo Souto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luciano Baptista hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. David Pedersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Rômulo Souto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Björkman in the 88th minute of play forced MUSHIBA FC's goalkeeper Rômulo Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Rômulo Souto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Blueskatterna's David Pedersson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rômulo Souto. That made the score 0-2 after 95 minutes of play. FC Blueskatterna played a much better game than MUSHIBA FC and deserved their victory. The MUSHIBA FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
