The supporters of Billesholm booed when Jose F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soulis Peris didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Benjamin Damm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rickard Spets could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Markos Veritsis made a huge save. A collision led to Jose F.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Soulis Peris hit a great ball. In the 18th match minute, Jose F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimosthenis Siamantouras to maneuver through the defense. Rickard Spets struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Markos Veritsis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billesholm. After 20 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Åkesson. In the 24th match minute, Billesholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Quinten to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Jose F.C.'s Soulis Peris got a free kick in the 25th minute. When Anthimos Prasanakis fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jose F.C.'s protests and gave Anthimos Prasanakis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Jose F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthimos Prasanakis to maneuver through the defense. Markos Veritsis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Quinten in the 30th minute. Everardo Quinten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Markos Veritsis made a huge save. Stratos Tsaligopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stratos Tsaligopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Jose F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Stratos Tsaligopoulos. Billesholm's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Everardo Quinten in the 38th minute. The corner ended in Everardo Quinten almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jose F.C.'s Markos Veritsis did a great save. Jose F.C.'s Markos Veritsis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Jose F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Jose F.C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Stratos Tsaligopoulos hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Markos Veritsis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rickard Spets's shot from short distance in the 50th minute. Markos Veritsis came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Billesholm's Everardo Quinten. But to his dismay, Everardo Quinten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Everardo Quinten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Quinten in the 55th minute of play forced Jose F.C.'s goalkeeper Markos Veritsis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimosthenis Siamantouras kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Freddie Mellin's late challenge caught a Jose F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddie Mellin helped the player get up and apologised. Markos Veritsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Quinten in the 69th minute of play. If Everardo Quinten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Markos Veritsis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Quinten, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Markos Veritsis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Algot Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimosthenis Siamantouras in the 74th minute of play. Markos Veritsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Quinten in the 76th minute of play. When Jose F.C.'s Themistoklis Tsilikos in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Billesholm's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themistoklis Tsilikos in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Algot Palmquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Markos Veritsis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Everardo Quinten went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Billesholm made a substitution. Knut Danielsson replaced Everardo Quinten. The supporters of Jose F.C. booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Ahlbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose F.C.'s Markos Veritsis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Danielsson in the 95th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Danielsson in the 95th minute of play forced Jose F.C.'s goalkeeper Markos Veritsis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billesholm's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
