The Karaelmas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Eustaquio Jaizki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Cumhur Çeliktaş in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Cumhur Çeliktaş came free, but Eustaquio Jaizki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Karaelmas's zone, Basilio Lauren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Çağan Mürsel notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki. Eustaquio Jaizki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Karaelmas fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Karaelmas's Mustafa Cumhur Çeliktaş looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Eser Saraç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Berdoi in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birdal Işıldar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 played minutes Karaelmas got a freekick which was hit by Ali Numan Ahıska. After the first half Karaelmas were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Berdoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Eustaquio Jaizki made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Bican Cesur sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Marcos Berdoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Birdal Işıldar was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Erramu during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Birdal Işıldar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-6. The Karaelmas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Karaelmas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
