The Barrenta SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Luiz Fábio Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Ikatz having to interfere. Severino Ikatz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fábio Lima went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Barrenta SC's zone, Tiro Aureo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Trigo came out of the goal and Tiro Aureo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Sydney Carioca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Ikatz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barrenta SC had played much better football throughout.
