Zenon Chlapowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Assis in the 12th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Ludomir Makarewicz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Paulo Quintela. When TS Wisła Kraków's Daniel Frenzel in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The wind increased when Honorato Assis made the kick off in the second half. Zenon Chlapowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Assis, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Zenon Chlapowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorato Assis went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. TS Wisła Kraków were furious when Aleksander Zagrobelny was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. TS Wisła Kraków's Zenon Chlapowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Assis in the 61st minute of play.
