A sloppy throw-in by Tarjei Halle in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KOO Tigers's Alfonso Cordario. 5 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's Robert Collen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Ove Springfält narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Uğuralp Vasfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torjus Fjellheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's Robert Collen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Ove Springfält narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 13 minutes, Eilif Grønseth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suleskard and the KOO Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alf Nøttveit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save KOO Tigers from getting a goal against them. Jan-Ove Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Collen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Uğuralp Vasfi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Ekelund. KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save KOO Tigers from getting a goal against them. Jan-Ove Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xiao Yu Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Suleskard's Torjus Fjellheim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Uğuralp Vasfi. Uğuralp Vasfi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save KOO Tigers from getting a goal against them. Eilif Grønseth hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Torjus Fjellheim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uğuralp Vasfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uğuralp Vasfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Ekelund in the 45th minute of play. Kristian Neteland kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of KOO Tigers booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarjei Halle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uğuralp Vasfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torjus Fjellheim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sebastian Ekelund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KOO Tigers made a substitution. Marquinhos Filho replaced Mickey Rothwell. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Ekelund in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uğuralp Vasfi saved KOO Tigers from getting behind. A collision led to Suleskard getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Tarjei Halle hit a great ball. Namık Kemal Eker received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan-Ove Springfält came out and tried to block the shot, but Namık Kemal Eker slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute Robert Collen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Kudret Şükrü was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KOO Tigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suleskard the free kick. Kudret Şükrü kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Collen in the 93rd minute of play forced Suleskard's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Suleskard players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
