After a defensive mix-up in CAN ERZURUM's zone, Jean Donatello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tuncer Polathan came out of the goal and Jean Donatello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes, Eusébio Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Werneck FC - DMZ and the CAN ERZURUM players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Werneck FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Marquez. With a little luck, CAN ERZURUM's Tuncer Polathan got control of the ball when Benjamim Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabek Tecimen in the 34th minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Délio Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Atabek Tecimen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAN ERZURUM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Werneck FC - DMZ's Délio Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serkan Öksal in the 65th minute of play. But to his dismay, Atay Neba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After a rather tough play, Werneck FC - DMZ's Eusébio Marquez got a free kick in the 70th minute. Délio Fantini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atabek Tecimen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 75 minute of play. A collision led to Werneck FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Caio Ceresso hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Werneck FC - DMZ's Caetano Linares got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Ümit Akyüz took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Délio Fantini to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, CAN ERZURUM's Isaac Guipuzkoa got a free kick in the 91st minute. CAN ERZURUM played a much better game than Werneck FC - DMZ and deserved their victory. The Werneck FC - DMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
