Balus Treter's Erich Berghoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Crispin Klander in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claus Schütze in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erich Berghoff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zarando Cordoba went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erich Berghoff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 26th minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erich Berghoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erich Berghoff made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Crispin Klander sent off a good shot on target. Ciruel Team's Rufo Azofra got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 33 played minutes Ciruel Team got a freekick which was hit by Isi Rider. After having played for 35 minutes, Zarando Cordoba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciruel Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zarando Cordoba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erich Berghoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zarando Cordoba to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by René Lazarus during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Balus Treter's René Lazarus got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Pedro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claus Schütze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erich Berghoff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 80 minutes into the match, Ciruel Team's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Schütze came free, but Pedro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Puyol during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ciruel Team getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. José Puyol hit a great ball. The supporters of Ciruel Team booed when Balus Treter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rouven Jansen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Guifre Tormes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciruel Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Guifre Tormes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erich Berghoff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the game, Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erich Berghoff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After some careless play in the Balus Treter defense, José Puyol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erich Berghoff. The Balus Treter fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erich Berghoff should have stopped the shot. Ciruel Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
