Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ezequiel Calderón kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Noel Pacheco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ponte do Carro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pan FC the free kick. Jorge Valério showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 6 minutes Ponte do Carro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnaldo Cedro who took care of the corner kick. Jorge Valério made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Socorro in the 9th minute of play. Modesto Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Israel Salazars short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 33 minutes, Celso Câmara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ponte do Carro and the Pan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Celso Câmara kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Jorge Padilha's late challenge caught a Pan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Padilha helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Socorro in the 38th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Jorge Valério to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Pan FC got a corner. Ponte do Carro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnaldo Cedro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pan FC's Arnaldo Cedro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorge Valério in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Salazar in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Modesto Socorro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Socorro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Valério breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Pan FC's Luis María Cheramy got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Pan FC's Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Calado in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Modesto Socorro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Valério. Modesto Socorro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After having played for 56 minutes, Ezequiel Calderón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Calderón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis María Cheramy kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Socorro in the 63rd minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Jorge Valério to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Modesto Socorro in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Valério prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celso Câmara made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jorge Padilha. When Fabian Quinteros fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pan FC's protests and gave Fabian Quinteros a yellow card for diving instead. Fabian Quinteros kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Socorro in the 68th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Jorge Valério to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 played minutes Ponte do Carro got a freekick which was hit by Celso Câmara. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Padilha in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Humberto Mascarenhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Câmara hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When António Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ponte do Carro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Guerra couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the game, one of Pan FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra had in the 83rdth minute some difficulties stopping António Guerra's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when Ponte do Carro's António Guerra after 83 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Pan FC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Salazar in the 86th minute of play. Jorge Valério stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Socorro's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Pedro José Brodie kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. António Guerra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jean-Pierre De la Cuadra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
