In the 18thth minute of the game Gergő Tisza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Várdomb's Sándor Czibor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mátyás Benke in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Várdomb's goal looked a bit too open when Béla Győrffy came free, but Sándor Czibor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Béla Győrffy in the 23rd minute of play forced Várdomb's goalkeeper Sándor Czibor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Sándor Czibor throw himself and got hold of the ball when Antal Simicska in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Bálint Bodnár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mátyás Benke in the 26th minute of play. After 28 minutes, Andor Pécsi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Várdomb and the ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Várdomb getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Andor Pécsi hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gergő Tisza in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sándor Czibor saved Várdomb from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gergő Tisza in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sándor Czibor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 83 played minutes Várdomb got a freekick which was hit by Lajos Kossuth. Leó Segesváry's late challenge caught a ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leó Segesváry helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Várdomb's Leó Segesváry got a free kick in the 86th minute.
