After 4 minutes, Franco Passalacqua mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flamengo de San Blás and the FC Acatar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Franco Passalacqua hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Ekhemos Kezdoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steinar Stålhandske in the 6th minute of play. Ekhemos Kezdoglou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermes Centella in the 7th minute of the match. Nicu Vornicu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Tolek Hoffman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ekhemos Kezdoglou was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ekhemos Kezdoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Mlekodaj in the 19th minute of play. Ekhemos Kezdoglou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Mlekodaj in the 19th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Roman Mlekodaj sped through FC Acatar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ekhemos Kezdoglou. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam Lozano in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Acatar's goalkeeper Ekhemos Kezdoglou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Alin Chiru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Trejos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastián Trejos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alin Chiru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ekhemos Kezdoglou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Hoffman in the 30th minute of the match. FC Acatar's Ekhemos Kezdoglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Mlekodaj in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Alin Chiru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Acatar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alin Chiru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Nicu Vornicu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastián Trejos. Flamengo de San Blás's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicu Vornicu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wiliam Lozano to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Acatar getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Alin Chiru hit a great ball. Roman Mlekodaj could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ekhemos Kezdoglou made a huge save. Ekhemos Kezdoglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Hoffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of Flamengo de San Blás booed when FC Acatar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Chiru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute Alin Chiru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Trejos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, FC Acatar's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Hoffman came free, but Ekhemos Kezdoglou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Flamengo de San Blás walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
