A wasted opportunity for Lyons. Damian Senio kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Severino Bittor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Eutor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Leonides Isadore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 15 minutes into the game, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Alfredo Ihintza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofilo Baladi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Reynaldo Telo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teofilo Baladi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teofilo Baladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Claris in the 19th minute of the match. Siro Claris took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofilo Baladi. Teofilo Baladi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 30 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Reynaldo Telo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Lyons's Teofilo Baladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Ihintza in the 33rd minute of play. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Siro Claris looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Anier Lizbeth lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Anier Lizbeth hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Leonides Isadore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teofilo Baladi. Lyons's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonides Isadore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 43rdth minute of the game Leonides Isadore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lyons's Teofilo Baladi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Siro Claris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lyons's Teofilo Baladi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th match minute, Los Muñes de Don Cuco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Ihintza to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Alfredo Ihintza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teofilo Baladi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Lyons's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfredo Ihintza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With his leg Teofilo Baladi managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Alfredo Ihintza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 60 played minutes Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Lorenz. Emilio Peru struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Teofilo Baladi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pastor Cordaro. After 68 played minutes Lyons got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Jaen. In the 71st minute, Leonides Isadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Bittor kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Pastor Cordaro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teofilo Baladi skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Claris in the 74th minute of play forced Lyons's goalkeeper Teofilo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalkeeper Anacleto Eutor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teofilo Baladi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Isadore in the 79th minute. Teofilo Baladi made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Siro Claris sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Lyons's goalkeeper Teofilo Baladi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siro Claris. Teofilo Baladi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Claris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siro Clariss short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Teofilo Baladi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Alfredo Ihintza came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Ihintza couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Leonides Isadore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teofilo Baladi. That made the score 0-6 after 94 minutes of play. Los Muñes de Don Cuco played a much better game than Lyons and deserved their victory. The Lyons players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
