In the 9th minute Louis Le Comte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Lalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honoré Letailleur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Djamel Berlémont made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Lalla. CAI NEUQUEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Guy Cordeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CAI NEUQUEN's Rodrigo Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Le Comte in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, En avant de guingamp's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Chumo came free, but William Desbois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavino Urtun kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djamel Berlémont in the 34th minute of play forced CAI NEUQUEN's goalkeeper Rodrigo Lalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Lalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honoré Letailleur in the 37th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, En avant de guingamp's Djamel Berlémont made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Lalla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teo Kismi made a kick off. William Desbois didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justo Lesardo went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. CAI NEUQUEN's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Honoré Letailleur 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. Rodrigo Lalla was a little too slow when Honoré Letailleur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-6. After having played for 68 minutes, Teo Kismi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAI NEUQUEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Kismi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Djamel Berlémont kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodrigo Lalla. That made the score 1-7 in the 75 minute of play. The supporters of CAI NEUQUEN booed when En avant de guingamp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clément Wiss didn't get a good kick on the ball. CAI NEUQUEN's Romulo Lleir couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for En avant de guingamp. In the 82nd minute, Jonathan Eztebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Justo Lesardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Desbois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to En avant de guingamp getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sofiane Mottier hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Jimeno Iban sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but William Desbois skillfully saved the ball. En avant de guingamp's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
