After a defensive mix-up in Fierce's zone, Leszek Lukasik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valérien Combettes came out of the goal and Leszek Lukasik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fierce's Valérien Combettes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Dziuma in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Fierce's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Lenertej came free, but Valérien Combettes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valérien Combettes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leszek Lukasik's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Edgar Chlebek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Valérien Combettes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Mathis Robles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 94th minute, Leon Fujarczuk made a precise shot to the right of Valérien Combettes. Fierce's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
