In the 10th minute Tzolo Radoslavov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 18 in the game by Arne Tingelholm from a close distance when the talented Peycho Bratovanov managed to make a qualified save. VN Ultra Spartak's players were relieved. In the 19th match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gýmir Gryc to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Teodosi Rudzheri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to VN Ultra Spartak getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Valko Matov hit a great ball. Peycho Bratovanov acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from David Lindman. After a defensive mix-up in Pajala Sunrise's zone, Velko Krutev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Hök came out of the goal and Velko Krutev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Jim Tinglöf got a free kick in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, VN Ultra Spartak's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Lindqvist came free, but Peycho Bratovanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gýmir Gryc struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Peycho Bratovanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pajala Sunrise.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tzolo Radoslavov made a kick off. Linus Klemensson kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of VN Ultra Spartak booed when Pajala Sunrise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gnýr Gnaust didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jim Tinglöf during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, Jim Tinglöf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedelcho Kiselinov in the 65th minute of play. Peycho Bratovanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Tzolo Radoslavov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Daniel Hök made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Tingelholm in the 77th minute of play forced VN Ultra Spartak's goalkeeper Peycho Bratovanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Arne Tingelholm hit a great ball. Gerasim Nelov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Hök. Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tzolo Radoslavov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Kent Odén got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Velko Krutev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Kent Odén. VN Ultra Spartak's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
