After 17 minutes of play, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Julio Felipillo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliverio Mendiune was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of RamPa Football Club booed when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Felipillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaquiel Pescatori in the 21st minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Zeledon Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Ihintza hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match Ospetsu Gene shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Alonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Eduardo Gordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th match minute, RamPa Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leobardo Ontaneda to maneuver through the defense. RamPa Football Club's Oliverio Mendiune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Txema in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Ospetsu Gene was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RamPa Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. After 28 played minutes RamPa Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ospetsu Gene. After a rather tough play, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Julio Felipillo got a free kick in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Zaquiel Pescatori came free, but Zeledon Alonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Ospetsu Gene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RamPa Football Club's Ospetsu Gene got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Ospetsu Gene off the ground. In the 38th minute, Ospetsu Gene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leopoldo Txema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Rutenio hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Eduardo Gordon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zaquiel Pescatori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Zeledon Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RamPa Football Club's Oliverio Mendiune proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save RamPa Football Club from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julio Felipillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zaquiel Pescatori might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Alonso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zaquiel Pescatori ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th match minute, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Ioritz to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaquiel Pescatori in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of RamPa Football Club booed when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Rutenio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Txema charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Txema the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. RamPa Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 91st minute, Gonzo Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
