Vaughn Willingham started the match with the kick off. Elói de Brito hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Bo Polk. Victor de Souza took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Titus Fernandez. Titus Fernandez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Melvin Snyder hit a great ball. Titus Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilmar Gerber in the 27th minute. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Florian Osborne hit a great ball. Gilmar Gerber received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Titus Fernandez came out and tried to block the shot, but Gilmar Gerber slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 37th minute. Gilmar Gerber had several of the Kentucky Mustangs's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Titus Fernandez as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Vaughn Willingham fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kentucky Mustangs's protests and gave Vaughn Willingham a yellow card for diving instead. Vaughn Willingham hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Titus Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Titus Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sergio Correa hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilmar Gerber in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Titus Fernandez saved Kentucky Mustangs from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Victor de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kentucky Mustangs's Chance Brewer was substituted for Florian Osborne. In the 63rd minute Victor de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Titus Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kentucky Mustangs's Chance Brewer got a free kick in the 64th minute. Titus Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor de Souza's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Randolph Burrows kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kentucky Mustangs defense, Victor de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Titus Fernandez. The Kentucky Mustangs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Titus Fernandez should have stopped the shot. After 73 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Melvin Snyder. In the 76th minute, Tory Padgett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Titus Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elói de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kentucky Mustangs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Agnaldo Luz was slow to take the kick. During this time Se7e's players had a chance to rest. Guto Pinheiro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 85th minute Marco Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Titus Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kentucky Mustangs's Titus Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói de Brito in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Victor de Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Titus Fernandez. Kentucky Mustangs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor de Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 93rd minute Victor de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Titus Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Se7e players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
