An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Restu in the 7th minute of play forced Cash Is King's goalkeeper Marcus Pilblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Staffan Säf kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Cremonese made a substitution. Ildefonso Savion replaced Delmar George. In the 12th match minute, Cash Is King was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Säf to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Melchor Arias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Pilblad. Cash Is King's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melchor Arias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Cremonese getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Inocencio Fidensio hit a great ball. Herbert Hamberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vasco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herbert Hamberg ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Cremonese booed when Cash Is King was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Dahlberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vasco having to make a save. Jonas Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Julio Vasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cremonese's zone, Jonas Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vasco came out of the goal and Jonas Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Oliverio's late challenge caught a Cash Is King's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolando Oliverio helped the player get up and apologised. Cash Is King's Osvald Hjeltman was substituted for Brian Öberg. Marcus Pilblad came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Cremonese's Melchor Arias. But to his dismay, Melchor Arias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Genaro Jaen made the kick off in the second half. Melchor Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Cash Is King defense, Melchor Arias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Pilblad. The Cash Is King fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Pilblad should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute Melchor Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Pilblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Herbert Hamberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cash Is King's Marcus Pilblad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Cash Is King from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Cash Is King booed when Cremonese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Tab didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 minutes of play, Cremonese's Genaro Jaen made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Pilblad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcus Pilblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Jaen in the 74th minute of play. Genaro Jaen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Pilblad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Melchor Arias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcus Pilblad. Melchor Arias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Marcus Pilblad was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Genaro Jaen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Genaro Jaen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Marcus Pilblad came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Cremonese's Genaro Jaen. But to his dismay, Genaro Jaen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Cash Is King's zone, Genaro Jaen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Pilblad came out of the goal and Genaro Jaen tried to chip the ball over his head. In the 92nd minute, Desiderio Restu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcus Pilblad, passed just outside the right post. Marcus Pilblad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Melchor Arias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 94 minute of play. Cremonese's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
