FC CSKA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CONSTILIANO the free kick. Gergin Muchanov took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Francesco. Fabio Francesco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th minute Gilberto Min shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Velikin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Vangel Simidchiyski got a free kick in the 13th minute. The nice shot from Gilberto Min in the 15thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Stanislav Velikin had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. CONSTILIANO were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after FC CSKA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardo Ortzi took the corner. In the 19th minute Yancho Dzhongarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Francesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gergin Muchanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Gergin Muchanov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Francesco. CONSTILIANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gergin Muchanov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to CONSTILIANO getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Victor Oriol hit a great ball. Stanislav Velikin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Oriol, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Fabio Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tinko Minkov in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gergin Muchanov in the 34th minute of play forced CONSTILIANO's goalkeeper Fabio Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Nasko Yanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peyo Aprilov lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Stanislav Velikin, was totally fooled by CONSTILIANO's Bernardo Ortzi, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilberto Min to strike the kick off in the second half. CONSTILIANO's Fabio Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vangel Simidchiyski in the 52nd minute of play. After 54 played minutes CONSTILIANO got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Ortzi. In the 55th match minute, FC CSKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yancho Dzhongarski to maneuver through the defense. When Yancho Dzhongarski fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC CSKA's protests and gave Yancho Dzhongarski a yellow card for diving instead. After 58 played minutes FC CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Yancho Dzhongarski. When Vangel Simidchiyski came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the FC CSKA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vangel Simidchiyski couldn't finish the play. 67 minutes into the match, CONSTILIANO's Melquiades Matxin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stanislav Velikin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play, CONSTILIANO's Jacobo Emesto made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanislav Velikin was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to FC CSKA getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Yancho Dzhongarski hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC CSKA's zone, Bernardo Ortzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislav Velikin came out of the goal and Bernardo Ortzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vangel Simidchiyski in the 77th minute of play forced CONSTILIANO's goalkeeper Fabio Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergin Muchanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Tinko Minkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tinko Minkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
