With an all-out effort, Grandi Lupi's Eric Palacios threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Máté Káposztás, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 15 played minutes SAPRIMECKBEL got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Loria. Eric Palacios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Máté Káposztás showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. If Árpád Bognár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SAPRIMECKBEL's Eric Palacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mátyás Bolla in the 24th minute of play. Freddy Morera kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Mátyás Bolla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Palacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Palacios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eric Palacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Káposztás in the 37th minute of the match. Koppány Angyal came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by SAPRIMECKBEL's Anselmo Gaitan. But to his dismay, Anselmo Gaitan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With a little luck, SAPRIMECKBEL's Eric Palacios got control of the ball when Máté Káposztás tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Gaitan to make the kick off. Franklin Duran hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Eric Palacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mátyás Bolla, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Máté Káposztás in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Palacios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, Máté Káposztás notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of SAPRIMECKBEL's Eric Palacios. Eric Palacios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the SAPRIMECKBEL defense, Mátyás Bolla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eric Palacios. The SAPRIMECKBEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eric Palacios should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Bernardo Saborio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAPRIMECKBEL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grandi Lupi the free kick. After 97 minutes, Péter Tábori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grandi Lupi and the SAPRIMECKBEL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Grandi Lupi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the SAPRIMECKBEL players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grandi Lupi.
