Václav Židek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adil Caruso in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kukova's zone, Rayanne Saurat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Václav Židek came out of the goal and Rayanne Saurat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rayanne Saurat sped through FC Kukova's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Václav Židek. After having played for 21 minutes, Tomáš Petruš managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Kukova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomáš Petruš was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Elegance Dijon's goal looked a bit too open when Ľubomír Baráth came free, but Geoffrey Rogez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Halgoš lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ivan Halgoš kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Václav Židek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Lannoy in the 26th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Pavol Majer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ľubomír Baráth struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Geoffrey Rogez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kukova. 37 minutes into the game, one of Elegance Dijon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Kukova's Václav Židek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Kukova from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd match minute, FC Kukova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavol Majer to maneuver through the defense. Elegance Dijon's Ernest Lannoy shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Václav Židek but with some difficulty. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomáš Petruš in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Geoffrey Rogez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Adil Caruso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elegance Dijon's supporters rose to their feet, but Adil Caruso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Václav Židek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Adil Caruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ondrej Olejár got free with Geoffrey Rogez in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rayanne Saurat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Václav Židek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Bouthors didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
