Franco Maccioni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute, Placido Joanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franco Maccioni was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 18th minute, Enzo Pallotta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Casimiro Cordario shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franco Maccioni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, PINGO PINGO's Franco Maccioni threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Placido Joanes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. UNLIMITED's Franco Maccioni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Matei in the 21st minute of play. Arturo Pittelli kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. UNLIMITED's Franco Maccioni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save UNLIMITED from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Matei got free with Franco Maccioni in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferruccio Scotti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Casimiro Bartuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ariel Florin took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franco Maccioni. Franco Maccioni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 34th minute, Ariel Florin made a precise shot to the right of Franco Maccioni. UNLIMITED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 37th minute, PINGO PINGO's Placido Joanes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franco Maccioni. Franco Maccioni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. Franco Maccioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franco Maccioni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Matei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 8-0 in the 48 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Franco Maccioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Mingo in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Joanes in the 67th minute of play forced UNLIMITED's goalkeeper Franco Maccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the game, PINGO PINGO's Placido Joanes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
