Fabian Odobescu scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rui de Mendonça, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Bucéfalo FC's Diamantino Ferreira got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a little luck, BlueLionesse's Andrei Azamfirei got control of the ball when Romário Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rui de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Murgoci in the 32nd minute of the match. After 36 minutes of play, BlueLionesse's Alex Murgoci made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
