Zbigniew Chazen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Passos in the 12th minute of the match. Bucéfalo FC's Romário Passos got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zbigniew Chazen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romário Passos's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 26 played minutes Bucéfalo FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Paranaense. 28 minutes into the match, Paulo Nunes notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Concordia Knurów's Zbigniew Chazen. When Slawomir Puchlik fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Concordia Knurów's protests and gave Slawomir Puchlik a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bucéfalo FC booed when Concordia Knurów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slawomir Puchlik didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After 52 played minutes Concordia Knurów got a freekick which was hit by Zbigniew Ruzicki.
