Hakkı Deniz Baybars started the match with the kick off. Baysal Mutlualp charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baysal Mutlualp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Dejavu got a freekick which was hit by Baysal Mutlualp. In the 11th match minute, Dejavu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinçer Harmancı to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lastur Caminero in the 12th minute of play forced Dejavu's goalkeeper Atilla Nevzat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilla Nevzat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amat Maldonado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dejavu's Atilla Nevzat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Delgado in the 19th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Oliver Delgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilla Nevzat was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Carl Starfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cengizhan Tuncaral in the 34th minute of play. Carl Starfelt didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinç Talayer got free with Carl Starfelt in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Delgado in the 44th minute of play forced Dejavu's goalkeeper Atilla Nevzat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Real Club Celta de Vigo booed when Dejavu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Deniz Baybars didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliver Delgado to strike the kick off in the second half. With 53 minutes on the clock, Behçet Korcan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Dejavu's Behçet Korcan got a free kick in the 54th minute. Lastur Caminero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilla Nevzat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lastur Caminero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Starfelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cengizhan Tuncaral in the 66th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Valerio Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla Nevzat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver Delgado got free with Atilla Nevzat in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the game, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Amat Maldonado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilla Nevzat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Dejavu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Valerio Delgado scored to the left of an out of position Atilla Nevzat, making the score, 1-3. Oliver Delgado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilla Nevzat having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Hamit Ulubay during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
