The supporters of Albertus FC booed when FC Latające Siekiery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Bury didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Latające Siekiery's Wit Jerzyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Cees Ricksen in the 5th minute of play. Wit Jerzyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christijan van Asseldonk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the game, Christijan van Asseldonk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albertus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Latające Siekiery the free kick. After a rather tough play, Albertus FC's Christijan van Asseldonk got a free kick in the 12th minute. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Klement Gamza took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Leendert Borg to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joeri Buys in the 16th minute of play forced FC Latające Siekiery's goalkeeper Wit Jerzyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joeri Buys in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wit Jerzyk saved FC Latające Siekiery from getting behind. Wit Jerzyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans-Cees Ricksen went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 24 minutes, Mariusz Czysty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Latające Siekiery and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mariusz Czysty hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Wit Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Cees Ricksen, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Joeri Buys notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC Latające Siekiery's Wit Jerzyk. Wit Jerzyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute Hans-Cees Ricksen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wit Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wit Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Cees Ricksen, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans-Cees Ricksen to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Limanowski came free, but Leendert Borg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Bury hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Mariusz Czysty kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Ted Kamps came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Albertus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Kamps couldn't finish the play. Hans-Cees Ricksen took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wit Jerzyk. Wit Jerzyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. After 63 played minutes FC Latające Siekiery got a freekick which was hit by Klement Gamza. A hard shot 64 in the game by Hans-Cees Ricksen from a close distance when the talented Wit Jerzyk managed to make a qualified save. FC Latające Siekiery's players were relieved. 66 minutes into the match, Mariusz Czysty notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Albertus FC's Leendert Borg. Leendert Borg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leendert Borg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Gurgul in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Gertjan van Damme hit a great ball. In the 80th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gertjan van Damme to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Albertus FC's Christijan van Asseldonk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wit Jerzyk. Wit Jerzyk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-5. Albertus FC's Leendert Borg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Czysty in the 88th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Latające Siekiery's Wit Jerzyk got control of the ball when Hans-Cees Ricksen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolf Korevaar's late challenge caught a FC Latające Siekiery's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolf Korevaar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Latające Siekiery booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Korevaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Albertus FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
