The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫ got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Henrico. Rene Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clodoveo Erasto got free with Gerald Moermans in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the game, Corné van Gaal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Dalwhinnie Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫ the free kick. Corné van Gaal kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Clodoveo Erasto hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Dirk Jan Ronde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Ivan Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot. ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Henrico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerald Moermans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Clodoveo Erasto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ivan Henrico who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Gerald Moermans when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, The Dalwhinnie Boys's Corné van Gaal got a free kick in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ivan Henrico took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerald Moermans. Gerald Moermans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 56th play minutes Ivan Henrico shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Gerald Moermans and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 61st minute Ivan Henrico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerald Moermans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Henrico took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerald Moermans. Gerald Moermans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Huib van de Meerakker fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Dalwhinnie Boys's protests and gave Huib van de Meerakker a yellow card for diving instead. Benigno Ixona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gerald Moermans. The Dalwhinnie Boys's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rene Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Henrico in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerald Moermans saved The Dalwhinnie Boys from getting behind. After 83 minutes, Rudi van Zeist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Dalwhinnie Boys and the ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes The Dalwhinnie Boys got a freekick which was hit by Rudi van Zeist. Inocencio Laurgain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gerald Moermans. The Dalwhinnie Boys's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benigno Ixona kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Reynaldo Sauveur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
