Marcial Tonete stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvio Karmel's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Elvio Karmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Tonete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Deportivo Diamante U18's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Peio came free, but Tadeo Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Elvio Karmel put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Marcial Tonete. Tadeo Mancio made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Remigio Monico sent off a good shot on target. Hernan Nisio took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcial Tonete. Marcial Tonete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 47th minute Elvio Karmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Tonete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Marcial Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo Diamante U18's Silvio Pirro got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Tonete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Ioritz in the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Deportivo Diamante U18 getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Celso Garikoitz hit a great ball. Eliseo Peio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Deportivo Diamante U18 fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Deportivo Diamante U18's Elvio Karmel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hernan Nisio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Elvio Karmel took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Marcial Tonete to make any attempt to save it. The Linea 174 Ramal Castillo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo Diamante U18's performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo Diamante U18.
