The supporters of Staffy Terrier FC booed when ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Lizbeth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norberto Cristofor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Harry Housham when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 15th match minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Ferrando to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Freddy Primo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Ferrando. Emiliano Urdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Harry Housham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Cheeseman in the 26th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Joel Orlondon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Urdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Harry Housham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Emiliano Urdin made the kick off in the second half. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Joel Orlondon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Cheeseman in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Staffy Terrier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Horner to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Nicasio Dayam hit a great ball. Charlie Cheeseman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joel Orlondon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Staffy Terrier FC's Harry Housham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Urdin in the 66th minute of play. 1-0 became the score in the 70th minute when Ovidio Lizbeth elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Staffy Terrier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Urdin came free, but Harry Housham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Housham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Urdin in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daryl Basham in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Orlondon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 84 played minutes Staffy Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Cheeseman. Norberto Cristofor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Harry Housham. Staffy Terrier FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 87 played minutes Staffy Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Mick Newman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Urdin in the 93rd minute of play forced Staffy Terrier FC's goalkeeper Harry Housham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Staffy Terrier FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
