Ruy Ribeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 37 minutes into the match, Free Pot's goalkeeper Cosme Cheche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Lima. After 42 minutes of play, Free Pot's Aristides Jakue made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruy Ribeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodosio Panpili to make the kick off. Cosme Cheche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moisés Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Guido Osoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalkeeper Ruy Ribeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guido Osoitz. Angelo Cibran charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Cibran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelo Cibran kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Dieguinho Alagoano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cosme Cheche skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Guido Osoitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Ruy Ribeiro however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 66 minutes, Carlos Eduardo Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Eduardo Pinheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramón da Rocha struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Cosme Cheche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarrasque Voador F.C.. After 70 minutes of play, Free Pot's Teodosio Panpili made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 75th minute Márcio Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Cheche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosme Cheche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Márcio Barral made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Cheche. Free Pot's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. When Epifanio Argenis fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Free Pot's protests and gave Epifanio Argenis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Free Pot getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Epifanio Argenis hit a great ball. Dieguinho Alagoano missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 83 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cosme Cheche right hand side. Angelo Cibran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruy Ribeiro having to interfere. If Octavio Pancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 minutes, Octavio Pancho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Free Pot and the Tarrasque Voador F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Free Pot getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Octavio Pancho hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Tarrasque Voador F.C. lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
